Yes. In order to provide you with the best possible experience we Kindly advise that you book an appointment. We do our best to accommodate walk-in customers if we do not have a scheduled appointment during that time.

We politely ask that you limit your guest to 3 at most as we have experienced first-hand that too many opinions are not helpful. If you still need to bring more than two or three people, we can offer you a private appointment where you will have the entire store to yourself for two hours. There is a £30 booking fee for these appointments, which will be refunded on your wedding dress.

We recommend ordering your wedding dress 9 to 12 months before your wedding date. Dresses are made to order and can take up to 6 to 8 months to produce, plus another 1 to 2 months for alterations. Rush options are available for weddings under 6 months, but additional fees may apply depending on the designer and timeline. If your wedding is less than 4 months away, consider our sample sale or contact us at sales@taladaniel.co.uk.

We suggest bringing heels of the same height you plan to wear on your wedding day to see where the hem will hit and assist with measuring. We also recommend wearing nude underwear and a strapless bra (if possible). Slightly styling your hair and applying light makeup can help you envision your look when trying on your dream dress.

Yes. Almost all dresses require some final tweaks. We have an expert alteration seamstress that is familiar with our dresses and knows exactly what to do to make the dress a perfect fit! The Alteration Fees are extra and they range from £250 to £700 depending on the work that needs to be done to the dress.

We have a wide selection of accessories and your consultant will help you during your bridal appointment find the accessories that best compliment your style. We recommend that you purchase your accessories with your dress. We offer garters, belts, jewellery, hair accessories, and veils.

We stock a selection of sample dresses from each designer’s line for you to try on in-store. If there's a specific dress you love, email us or call to check availability. We can often order the sample for you to try on. We also host trunk shows and designer days where nearly all collections are available. Keep an eye on our website and social media for the latest events and book your appointment.

If we don't stock a particular style you're looking for, we can sometimes source a loan sample depending on the designer. Loan samples may have a fee of up to £50, which is redeemable against the dress price once you place your order. Loan samples are available from the following designers: Dando London, Dany Tabet, and Nicole Milano.
